John Miller

John works with fellow members of BGCA’s senior leadership team to ensure services and strategy align to generate the most value for our over 1,000 member organizations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring local compliance of membership requirements and oversight of planning and production for our annual flagship event, the BGCA National Conference. John began his youth development career in 1988 as Summer Camp Program Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo in Ohio. In 1996, he joined BGCA as Midwest Regional Service Director, where he played a key role developing statewide partnerships in West Virginia and Kentucky. Over the course of his 24-year BGCA career, he has held a series of leadership posts with increasingly broader responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Field Services.
