Karen Senich has served as the Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Waterbury since December 2014. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Legal Consultant for the City of Waterbury's Office of Corporation Counsel from November 2012 to June 2013. Karen's extensive experience includes serving as the Executive Director for the Commission on Culture & Tourism in Connecticut from January 2007 to March 2011, where multiple leadership roles were held, including Director of Operations and State Historic Preservation Officer. Karen also practiced law as an Attorney with Tynan & Iannone from August 1996 to September 2004. Karen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) in Sports Law from Tulane University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and American Literature from The George Washington University, and a high school diploma from Westover School.
