Kathleen Hager (Ragan)

Kathleen (Ragan) Hager has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kathleen currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Partnerships & Business Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at City Year from November 2019 to March 2023, initially as a Development Associate and later as the Senior Manager of National Corporate Development. Kathleen also has experience as a Development Coordinator at CanCare Inc. from August 2018 to August 2019.

In the sports industry, Kathleen served in multiple roles at 3d Lacrosse from August 2014 to July 2018. Kathleen held positions such as New England Girls Senior Manager, New England Girls Manager, and New England Girls Coordinator. Additionally, Kathleen worked briefly as the Head Lacrosse Coach at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in March to June 2017.

Kathleen'searlier experiences include being a Teaching Assistant at Proctor Elementary School from August 2013 to June 2014, and a Part Time Canvasser for Democrats for Education Reform from September to November 2013. Kathleen also gained valuable experience as a Student at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from August 2009 to May 2013.

Furthermore, they completed a Family Service Internship at Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. in June to August 2012.
