Lisa Hurst serves as the Vice President of the Southeast Region at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since March 2018, focusing on organizational development and resource capacity to strengthen local clubs. Previously, Lisa was the President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale from January 2016 to March 2018, where strategic vision and community engagement were prioritized for long-term sustainability. Additionally, from July 1992 to January 2016, Lisa led Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley as President and CEO, enhancing program delivery, strategic planning, and resource management to support youth development. Lisa holds an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership and an Ed.S. in Administration from Lincoln Memorial University, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching from Carson-Newman University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from East Tennessee State University.
