Megan Cooley

Megan Cooley has a diverse work experience spanning various non-profit organizations. Megan is currently working as the Senior Director of RD Club Services at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Resource Development Club Consulting at the same organization from November 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Megan was the CEO of Cooley Results - Consulting and Coaching, where they provided consulting and coaching services to non-profit organizations, individuals, and corporate clients. Megan started their role as CEO in January 2016 and continues to hold this position.

Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2019, Megan attended the Certified Coaching Alliance to obtain Executive Coaching certification, with a focus on Non-Profit Executive Coaching.
