Missy Dugan

Missy leads federal, state and advocacy initiatives by BGCA’s Office of Government Relations to ensure relevant public sector funding increases and to affect policy to ensure Boys & Girls Clubs and out-of-school time are prioritized. She also leads efforts to expand existing relationships, to identify and pursue funding opportunities, and to guide policy and advocacy efforts to expand the Boys & Girls Club national network. Prior to joining BGCA, Missy served as president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta and in various roles at Boys & Girls Clubs for about 20 years.
