Randy Wilkens has extensive experience in youth development and sports management, currently serving as a Youth Development Professional and Southeast Regional Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since 2011, where responsibilities include program management aimed at fostering leadership and character development among youth across over 4,000 Clubs. Prior roles include Vice President at the Lenny Wilkens Foundation, Technical Advisor for the South Korean National Basketball Team, and Senior Athletic Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue, overseeing substantial youth sports programs. Additional experience includes scouting and sports marketing roles with various professional basketball organizations such as the Toronto Raptors and Atlanta Hawks. Wilkens holds a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
