Rob Armstrong

Rob Armstrong currently serves as the Director of Life & Workforce Readiness at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and as the Director of Operations at Covenant Community, Inc. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Workforce Development at Second Chance, where responsibilities encompassed the management of the STRIVE Future Leaders Reentry Project and WIOA Youth Programs, focusing on engaged enrollment, case management, and skills training. Rob Armstrong earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Lindenwood University between 2009 and 2012.
