Taylor McNeil

Taylor McNeil has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. They began their career as a Quality Assurance Clerk at FieldTurf in 2014 and later worked as an HR Coordinator at the same company from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they served as an Intern at the Marietta-Cobb Museum of Art, where they were responsible for artist communication and social media marketing. They also worked as a Front Desk Associate at BLAST - Elevate YOUR Workout during this time.

In 2018, Taylor joined Alpha Phi Foundation as an Accounting and Database Coordinator, where they managed financial entry, processing, and reconciliation, as well as activities for Raiser's Edge. They later transitioned to the role of Development Coordinator, focusing on donor stewardship and services.

Since 2021, Taylor has been working at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. They started as an Operational Specialist, providing support in gift processing and managing donor services. They then became an Operations Analyst, responsible for reviewing and processing gift documentation. Currently, Taylor holds the position of Manager, Resource Development Operations, leading policy and process development and serving as an institutional leader for data integrity improvement.

Throughout their career, Taylor has demonstrated a strong ability to manage data, coordinate events, and provide support in various roles.

Taylor McNeil graduated from Etowah High School in 2010, but did not obtain a degree or field of study.

They then attended The University of Alabama from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.

After that, from 2016 to 2018, Taylor attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business Design and Arts Leadership.

In addition to their formal education, Taylor also obtained various certifications, such as "Rasier's Edge NXT Fundamentals" and "Raiser's Edge Fundamentals" from Blackbaud in 2019, as well as several certifications from Lynda.com in 2018 and 2017 in areas such as freelancing, business setup, copyright, human resources, leadership, project management, and personal branding.
