Zenobia Bass, PhD has had extensive work experience in various roles related to development and fundraising. Zenobia began their career in 2004 as a Development and HR professional at Atlanta Union Mission, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined The Salvation Army in a development role, and stayed until 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2018, Zenobia served as the Director of Foundation and Government Relations at United Way of Greater Atlanta. Most recently, since 2018, they have been working as the Director of Foundation and Grant Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In addition to their professional experience, Zenobia also has a role as a Selfcare Coach and Counselor, which they have been doing since 2007.
