Leisa Smith is the president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Alabama. Leisa has dedicated their career to working with youth, and has extensive experience in managing operations and programs for Boys & Girls Clubs. Leisa previously served as the executive director of The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Atlanta and the vice president of operations for Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and operation of the Club, in support of its mission and goals. Leisa is committed to providing quality programs and services that help youth develop into responsible adults.

Leisa Smith has a Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University Southeast in Psychology & Supervision, a Masters in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education in Certificate of Merit (RVR).
