Megan Murphy has an extensive work experience that spans over multiple organizations and roles. Megan is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County since July 2021. Prior to this, Megan held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Operations and Director of Licensing and Family Engagement at the same organization from October 2019 to February 2021, and from September 2016 to September 2019, respectively.

Before joining Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, Megan worked as a Programs Assistant at Boys & Girls Club of Dane County from June 2014 to June 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Child Care at YMCA of Dane County from October 2013 to June 2014.

Megan began their career as an Education Coordinator at Boys & Girls Club of Dane County from June 2011 to September 2013. Megan started their professional journey as a Youth Nutrition Educator at Dane County University of WI-Extension from June 2006 to June 2011.
