Francisco M. Mesa Burgos

Francisco M. Mesa Burgos is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager and Consultant, as well as Volunteer Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico since October 2016. Previous roles include Program Coordinator for #EnAcción2018 at Mentes Puertorriqueñas en Acción and Research Assistant at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, where responsibilities included data collection and research on Latin America. Francisco's background in human resources includes work as a Clerk at Empresas Fonalledas, focusing on job specifications and payroll compliance. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at the University of Puerto Rico, Francisco holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has additional qualifications in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the University of Puerto Rico.
