Naina M. Desai

Naina M. Desai currently serves as the Group Head of Revenue Growth & Advanced Analytics at Arca Continental, a position held since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading Revenue Growth Management strategy for US operations. Prior experience at The Coca-Cola Company spans nearly two decades, including roles as VP of Customer and Commercial Leadership, where responsibilities included strategic initiatives for bottling operations globally, and Director of Immediate Consumption with a focus on driving international revenue growth. Additionally, Naina led marketing efforts that resulted in significant growth in Coca-Cola's flavored beverage portfolio in South Africa and held leadership roles in the Kenya region.
