Nicole Saunders

Nicole Saunders is an experienced professional in youth development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Youth Impact at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin since September 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne from July 2018 to September 2022, where oversight was provided to a team of over 140 staff serving more than 1,000 youth daily. Earlier roles included Buyer for the City of Fort Wayne, Child Care Director at Kingdom's Kidz Child Care Ministries, and Office Manager at United Contractors, Inc. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
