Jason Smith currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada since February 2025. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director of Learning and Development for Regions & Touring at Live Nation Entertainment from November 2023 to February 2025. Additional experience includes various leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where Jason was Enterprise Director of Talent Acquisition and Regional Human Resources Director focusing on performance, culture, and talent development from October 2020 to June 2023. Jason also worked as a Learning Manager at HYATT Hotels in 2016 and held multiple positions at Harrah's New Orleans from May 2012 to March 2016. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in English Literature from Louisiana State University, completing studies from August 2005 to May 2009, and attended De La Salle High School New Orleans from August 1992 to May 1996.
