Keith Willet

Keith Willet currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area since April 2023. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Target from August 2019 to March 2023, encompassing specialties such as Specialty Sales Team Leader, Human Resources Team Lead, and Service & Engagement Team Leader. Additional management experience includes a role as Manager at Mud Puppies and Chief Operations Officer at Level Up, where responsibilities included training and onboarding development. Earlier positions include Assistant Manager at Mud Puppies and roles in customer service and kitchen operations. Keith earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Austin from 2004 to 2005.
