Carla Fleming

Carla Fleming, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast since July 2021, after a short tenure as National Recruitment Manager and Account Executive at Sunbelt Staffing. With a broad range of experience in human resources, Carla has managed recruitment, training, benefits administration, and compliance for various organizations, including Paychex, Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy, and Maxim Healthcare Group. Prior to these roles, Carla developed skills in customer service, financial services, and project coordination at companies such as Wells Fargo, Superior Bank, and TriMark USA. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Eckerd College.
