Tracy Smith Aaser

Tracy Smith Aaser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, payroll, and resource development. Currently serving as Executive Assistant, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Resource Development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley since December 2011, Tracy oversees capital campaigns, manages complex scheduling for the CEO, and implements HR functions such as recruitment and employee onboarding. Previous roles include Payroll Administrator at Goody’s Family Clothing, Human Resources Coordinator at Astec Underground, and various managerial positions at General Electric Company, where substantial process improvements were achieved. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Barry University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
