Ayla Espinosa

Ayla Espinosa is an experienced professional in program management and support services, currently serving as the Independence Readiness Manager at Boys & Girls Haven since February 2022, with a progression of roles leading to this position. Concurrently, Ayla acts as a Board Member for the Coalition Supporting Young Adults Louisville. Prior experience includes serving as a Targeted Case Manager at Home of the Innocents and as an Emergency Shelter Advocate at The Center for Women and Families. Additionally, Ayla held roles at FedEx Office and BARREN RIVER AREA SAFE SPACE INC, including Shelter Coordinator. Ayla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Western Kentucky University, earned in May 2016.
