Stephanie Rath

Stephanie Rath, Senior Vice President of Operations, brings 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. In her current role, she oversees a team of Regional Vice Presidents and Portfolio Managers with assets concentrated in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.. Her portfolio includes over 8,500 units and 300,000 sf of retail.

Prior to this role, Stephanie led the Advisory Services team, comprised of Project Managers and Analysts, who provided key insights to clients during the design phase of new projects related to unit mix composition, space planning, market positioning and financial projections. Stephanie played an integral role in new developments across the Mid-Atlantic, Tri-State, New England, Midwest and Southeast regions, helping grow the company’s pipeline of new projects and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team. Her extensive exposure to projects during the development period allows her to have a keen focus on the financial strategy as well as architectural and design elements of a property. She has experience working on site as well and therefore has an in depth understanding of operational needs and challenges.

Stephanie began her career with Bozzuto in 2009 as a General Manager for a property in Fairfax, Virginia. Prior to joining Bozzuto, Stephanie was a Development Associate for Lincoln Property Company, with experience in new developments, acquisitions and the privatization of military housing. Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
