Amanda Cuencas

Amanda Cuencas serves as the Executive Manager of People at BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo since January 2022, following a significant role as Senior Manager of Business Partner & Talent Acquisition at Danone from July 2019 to January 2022. At Danone, Amanda led the Business Partner structure for Topline and Operations divisions in specialized Nutrition and implemented innovative methodologies such as SCRUM and SQUADs. Prior experiences include serving as HR Manager at Serasa Experian, where Amanda led Change Management for a global digital transformation project, and as HR Consultant at Boehringer Ingelheim. Amanda's career began with roles including HR Analyst and Intern at various companies, complemented by an educational background in Business Administration from FGV and postgraduate studies in Applied Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and University of Chicago.
