Andre Ricardo Passos de Souza

Andre Ricardo Passos de Souza is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in academia and law. Since January 2011, Andre has served as a Professor at FGV while also holding the position of Membro do conselho fiscal at BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo since June 2019. As a Founder Partner of PSAA Passos e Sticca Advogados Associados since April 2006, Andre has contributed significantly to the legal field. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Lawyer at Banco BBM S/A from June 1996 to January 1999 and as a Tax and Legal Consultant at PwC from 1993 to 1996. Andre holds a Law degree from UERJ, completed in 1993, and has a secondary education from Unidade Integrada Garriga de Menezes - UIGM, completed in 1988.
