Irene Shen

Irene Shen serves as a Senior HR Business Partner for bp in China since July 2010, overseeing a diverse client group that includes commercial, technology, and supply chain teams, while managing people strategy in alignment with global guidelines. Prior to this role, Irene was the Corporate HR Manager at PPG Industries from June 2005 to June 2010, where responsibilities included managing HR for regional corporate functions and leading a Center of Expertise team in staffing and learning and development. Irene's career began as an HR Specialist at Nestlé from July 2004 to July 2005. Irene holds a Master's degree from Fudan University.
