Katherine Gostling

Katherine Gostling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and wellbeing across various industries. Currently serving as VP and Global Wellbeing Lead at bp since September 2021, Katherine previously held multiple leadership roles at Heathrow from July 2003 to July 2021, including Head of Health and Wellbeing Transformation and Head of Health and Safety Improvement. Katherine has a strong background in managing large-scale transformational change, particularly within the Terminal 2 programme, overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring effective migration processes. With a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Reading, Katherine also contributed to significant capital investment initiatives at both Heathrow and Stansted airports, expertly driving project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
