Nadine McCrory

Nadine McCrory (Assoc CIPD) has been serving as a Projects Advisor in the EVP People & Culture (CHRO) Office at bp since September 2017, with roles including Business Advisor to the Senior Vice President of Future Organisation and People Advisor for Aviation and Future Mobility & Solutions. McCrory specialized as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing full-cycle recruitment and successfully hiring multiple sourced passive candidates for senior leadership positions across various disciplines on a global scale. This included developing talent pipelines for diverse roles and supporting graduate recruitment in multiple countries. Previous experience includes a position as a Student Engagement Assistant at Leeds University Union and a Human Resources Intern at Mars. McCrory holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Leeds and is active in initiatives promoting inclusion and equality, serving on both the BP Women’s Committee and the BP Pride Steering Committee.
