Cristina Martinez

Cristina Martinez is an experienced Independent Quality Evaluator at BPA Quality UK since October 2013, where evaluations of customer service interactions are conducted in Spanish, English, and Italian across three projects. Previously, Cristina served as a Team Leader during an apprenticeship, managing a team and fulfilling all associated responsibilities. Between 2007 and 2012, Cristina was an Assistant Project Manager at Durviser SL, working with contractors and property developers. Additionally, from 2001 to 2005, Cristina held the position of Senior Consultant at Geyca, Gestion y Calidad SL, focusing on technological watch and knowledge management in the construction sector. Educational achievements include a Level 3 Data Analysis course at Exeter College (ongoing), a CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership with Merit, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research from Universidad de Valladolid.
