Dane Newman

Dane Newman has extensive experience in quality management and training within the contact center industry, currently serving as the Global Insight Product Manager at BPA Quality UK since October 2012. Over the years, Dane has held a variety of key positions, including Global GRC and Insights Manager, Global GRC Manager, QA & Training Manager, Team Trainer, Production Team Leader, and Independent Quality Evaluator. Prior to joining BPA Quality UK, Dane worked as a Major Sales Administrator at EDF Energy from September 2011 to October 2012.
