John Franks

John Franks is an IT Support Specialist at BPA Quality since October 2011, responsible for managing and maintaining office IT systems and infrastructure, as well as providing comprehensive technical support to users. Prior to this role, John worked at M2I from April 2004 to February 2011, offering technical support and engaging in systems analysis. John’s career began at Devon Valley Industries, where, from February 1977 to February 2002, contributions were made as a Development Scientist focused on product and process control systems.
