Bill Baptiste has over a decade of experience in service excellence and quality assurance, currently serving as the Service Excellence Manager at BPA Quality (North America) since September 2012. Bill has held various roles within the same organization, including Service Excellence Supervisor and Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to this, Bill gained experience as a Student Worker at St. John's University from October 2007 to February 2011. Bill is an alumnus of St. John's University, having studied at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
