Hemant Sharma

Mr. Sharma joined Baring Private Equity in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sharma was Vice President at Barclays in the Corporate Finance Group, based in Mumbai, where he was involved in M&A and capital raising transactions.

Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from New York University – Stern School of Business. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
