Filippo Benuzzi

Filippo Benuzzi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Filippo is currently working at BPER Banca as the Head of IT Governance Services since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of IT Governance at the same company from April 2020 to May 2022. Before joining BPER Banca, they worked at Accenture from 2011 to 2020, where they held different positions, including Manager and Senior Consultant. At Accenture, they were involved in M&A projects, managed teams, coordinated projects, monitored deadlines, and prepared work plans. Additionally, they have experience as a PM and Business Analyst, responsible for the development of online banking applications and the optimization of business processes. Filippo also worked as a Management Consultant at [Re]Vision - consulting, where they focused on organizational consulting and process optimization projects. Filippo's career started as an intern in the testing department at Carpigiani Group in 2004.

Filippo Benuzzi obtained a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale Specialistica from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2008-2011. Before that, from 2005-2008, they completed a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale triennale at the same institution. Filippo began their education at Istituto Archimede - San Giovanni in Persicieto, where they earned an ITIS degree in Elettronica from 2000-2005. In addition to their formal education, Filippo has also obtained certifications in the field of technology and IT governance. Filippo obtained a certification in Tech around You - Design e gestione delle applicazioni from Talent Garden Corporate Transformation, with the year of achievement not specified. Filippo also completed the IT governance executive program Governare i sistemi informativi e generare valore nell'era post-digitale at SDA Bocconi in March 2023.
