Mauro Mangani

Mauro Mangani has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Mauro served as the Head of the Accounting Department at BPER Banca starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at BPER Reoco since April 2021. From February 2016 to November 2022, they worked at Banca Carige spa as the Deputy CFO and was responsible for the preparation of financial documents. Mauro also has experience in the technology sector, acting as a Board Member at DOCK Joined in tech, an IBM Subsidiary from May 2019 to May 2020. Mauro served as a Board Member at Fondo Interbancario di Tutela dei Depositi (FITD) from August 2016 to January 2019, representing Banca Carige S.p.A. Mauro began their career at EY S.p.A. in November 2007 as a Senior Manager Advisory Services and worked there until January 2016. Mauro had previous roles at Ernst & Young LLP and Ernst&Young as a Senior Executive and Senior Manager Auditor respectively. Mauro started their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen Spa. Mauro also gained experience in the logistics and purchasing domain as a Junior Buyer at Vevy Europe S.p.A. for a brief period in 2000.

Mauro Mangani has a Laurea in Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova, which they obtained from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Maturità in Liceo Classico from Liceo Ginnasio Statale A. D'Oria, from 1988 to 1993. Mauro also holds a certification as Revisore Legale dei conti, which is equivalent to a CPA in Italy.
