Isabelle Alpi is a Master Practitioner Coach accredited by EMCC and currently serves as a Certified Partner at AQai, focusing on organizational adaptability and employee development. As a Co-Founder of METAXIO, Isabelle specializes in empowering individuals and teams to navigate change sustainably. With a background as an Executive Coach and Clinical Psychologist at NEASELFA, Isabelle supports workplace psychological services and promotes sustainability transitions. Isabelle has held various roles, including Executive Coach at BRAVANTI, Intercultural and Expat Coach at Net Expat, and Psychologist and Coach for couples in private practice. Previous experience includes founding EMCC Italia and working as a Human Capital Management Consultant at IBM.
