Kathryn Heath

Kathryn Heath has a strong background in leadership development, having held senior roles at First Union (now Wells Fargo) for over 20 years before co-founding Flynn Heath Holt Leadership in 2001. Kathryn then transitioned to Bravanti in 2020 as the Managing Director of Leadership Acceleration, where they focus on coaching and developing leaders and teams globally. Heath's career has been dedicated to empowering leaders, particularly women and historically underrepresented groups, through executive coaching and leadership development programs.

Kathryn Heath obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1971. Kathryn then pursued a Ph.D at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
