Sandy Davies

Sandy Davies, CMF has over 35 years of work experience in various roles related to transition programs, change management, and career services. This includes serving as Vice President in organizations such as BRAVANTI, Scherer Schneider Paulick, and The Derson Group, where they led projects, managed relationships, and developed innovative programs. With a background in technology consulting and management training at Continental Bank, Sandy has a diverse skill set that combines expertise in HR, technology, and consulting.

Sandy Davies, CMF holds a BA in Psychology and Business Administration and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Dominican University. Additionally, Sandy has a background in Education and Business from Northern Illinois University. They obtained certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II in 2009 and became a Career Management Fellow (CMF) from ICCI Institute of Career Certification International.
