Guillaume Magnaval

Guillaume Magnaval serves as the Operating Partner for Large Venture at Bpifrance, overseeing operational support for over 60 startups within the portfolio since January 2024. Prior to this role, Guillaume was the Head of Operations at Convelio, a logistics scale-up in the Fine Art shipping industry, where responsibilities included managing European operations, customer care, and scaling the operations team significantly. Earlier experience at Oliver Wyman as a Strategy Consultant involved leading industrial performance projects and cost optimization initiatives for various sectors, including defense and waste management. Guillaume holds a Master of Arts in Strategy and International Management from HEC Paris and the University of St.Gallen, further complemented by a strong academic background from Lycée Henri IV.
