Kenza El Qaoumi

Kenza EL QAOUMI, PhD, currently serves as a Mentor in Innovation at Bpifrance's IDeation Factory, focusing on supporting innovation projects and coordinating project portfolios with an emphasis on using Amazon's Working Backwards method and developing ScienceTech offerings. In strategic studies at Bpifrance Le Lab, Kenza has conducted significant research on economic trends and societal aspirations, particularly regarding young leaders. Additionally, involvement with Team for the Planet and teaching responsibilities at École des Ponts ParisTech highlight a commitment to sustainable innovation management. Previous experience includes roles in project coordination and innovation management at SNCF Réseau, as well as a research fellowship at MINES ParisTech, where Kenza contributed to academic discourse in innovation measurement and design theory.
