Oussama Benreskallah

Oussama Benreskallah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Oussama currently works at Bpifrance as an Architect and Tech Lead in Data Governance and Data Quality, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ENGIE as an Architect and Technical Lead from June 2019 to November 2021.

Before entering the corporate sector, Benreskallah was an Assistant Professor and Scientific Researcher at the University of Algiers from September 2016 to October 2019. Oussama taught courses in subjects like Algorithm, Operating System, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Advanced Database, and Statistical Data Analysis. Oussama was also a member of the "Data Mining and Machine Learning" team at the LRIA laboratory.

In the telecommunications industry, Benreskallah held positions at Ooredoo Group as a Data Architect from July 2017 to April 2019 and at Ooredoo as a Business Intelligence Developer from June 2012 to July 2017. Oussama Benreskallah holds a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Intelligent Systems and Software Engineering, which they obtained from Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène' from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Magister degree in Computer Science from the same university, specializing in Intelligent Systems and Software Engineering from 2011 to 2014. Oussama's foundational education includes a degree in Computer Engineering from High School of Computer Science Algeria, completed from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Oussama has also obtained various certifications, including certifications in data management, enterprise architecture, Agile methodologies, cloud data integration, AWS DevOps engineering, and more.
