Raphael Cottin

Économiste at Bpifrance

Raphael Cottin currently serves as an Économiste at Bpifrance since February 2021. Previously, Raphael worked as a Consultant focused on Impact Assessment at The World Bank from June 2020 to January 2021 and as a Post-doctoral researcher at Université du Luxembourg from April 2019 to May 2020. Raphael has extensive teaching experience at various institutions, including Université Paris Dauphine and Ecole de Gouvernance et d'Economie, covering subjects such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and Health & Development. Additionally, Raphael held roles as a Consultant for human development statistics at Observatoire National du Développement Humain and as a sectorial attaché in macroeconomics and financial markets at the Ministère de l'économie et des Finances in Morocco. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and a master's degree from Sciences Po.
