Sibylle Renard-Payen

Sibylle Renard-Payen is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate law with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures for both listed and non-listed companies. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Bpifrance Investissement since November 2018, Sibylle previously held positions such as Supervising Associate at Simmons & Simmons and Senior Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Sibylle's expertise encompasses general corporate and commercial law, including OHADA law, and has included managing legal aspects of M&A transactions during a secondment to the Corporate and M&A team at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. Sibylle holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s from emlyon business school and a Master of Laws from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, along with a French Bar degree from EFB.
