Siraji Thomas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Customer Experience Director at BPM Music since April 2022, where leadership of a team focuses on enhancing customer interactions and satisfaction through strategic customer journey development. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as Vice President of Business Development and Operations at BPM Supreme LLC from April 2017 to September 2024, along with previous positions such as Director of Operations and Manager of Artist Relations and Brand Partnerships, fostering relationships with artists and product providers.
