Theresa Williams is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Manager of HR Consulting at BPM LLP since June 2022, where Theresa spearheads advisory services and executes coaching programs for diverse clients across the nation. Previously, at InComm, Theresa held the role of Senior Human Resource Business Partner, facilitating mergers and acquisitions and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. At Umpqua Bank, Theresa served as a Human Resource Business Partner focusing on employee relations and conducting thorough investigations. Additional experience includes roles at Children's Hospital Association, where Theresa developed HR processes, and at Flooring Systems Inc / Design Source Interiors, where Theresa established the HR department and collaborated on strategic organizational goals.
