Charlito Angelo Alipio

Charlito Angelo Alipio is an experienced training and organizational development manager currently with BPO International, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Charlito served at Curo Teknika, Inc. from December 2012 to January 2023, where responsibilities included being a supervisor and team leader in both learning and development and policy and compliance. In these roles, Charlito was a soft skills trainer for local and international accounts and worked as an organizational development consultant.
