Wendy Yancey is an accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in oligonucleotide synthesis and antibody conjugate development. Currently serving as Research Scientist I at BPS Bioscience Inc. since April 2018, Wendy previously held the position of Sr Research Associate II. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Manufacturing Technician at Pacific Biosciences from October 2017 to March 2018, and as Research Associate III at Hologic (formerly Gen-Probe) from September 2008 to September 2017, focusing on the synthesis, purification, and labeling of custom oligonucleotides. Wendy began a career in research at Alere (formerly Biosite) as Research Associate II from October 2005 to September 2008, where work involved modifying and purifying latex/antibody conjugates. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular & Cell Biology with a concentration in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
