Bill Qin

Bill (Youzong) Qin began their work experience in 2003 as a Realtor & Loan Consultant at Star River Realty. During their time there, Bill provided real estate and loan services, demonstrating their expertise in the bay area market. In 2010, they took on the role of chief editor at BayHomeExpress.com A Real Estate Magazine until 2014. Since 2013, Bill has been the CEO of BQ Realty Group.

Bill Qin studied Computer Science at San Jose State University. Bill (Youzong) also obtained a certification as a California Real Estate Appraiser from the Board of California Appraisers.
