Ryan Bliss

Ryan Bliss currently serves as an Applications Engineer at B&R Industrial Automation, having joined the company in June 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Rochester Institute of Technology, including Robotics and Automation Lab Manager, where responsibilities involved teaching, problem-solving, and lab maintenance, as well as positions related to undergraduate admissions and orientation leadership. Previous experience includes work as a Controls Engineer at Dematic and an Equipment Engineer at Texas Instruments, focusing on system validation and production improvement. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing and Mechanical Systems Integration and a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology, both from Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as a high school diploma from Commack High School.
