Simon Baier

Simon Baier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and sales within the industrial automation sector. Currently serving as the Strategy Manager for Germany at B&R Industrial Automation since May 2016, Baier has held various roles, including leading the Sales Strategy Team for Central Europe and overseeing OEM Sales. Prior to this, Baier worked at Schneider Electric as an Offer Manager from January 2013 to April 2016. Baier holds an MBA in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
