Philip Emmanuel Penaflor

Philip Emmanuel Penaflor is a highly experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with a comprehensive background in various international development projects. Currently, Philip serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at BRAC, focusing on the "Strengthening the Transition of Vulnerable Communities Affected by the South Commuter Railway Project." Simultaneously, Philip is a Professor of Applied Cosmic Anthropology at Asian Social Institute, where courses include topics essential to social transformation and sustainable development. Previous positions include Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at the Asian Development Bank, Manager for Monitoring, Impact, Evaluation, and Learning at the World Wildlife Fund, and various roles with NIRAS International Consulting, Geneva Call, and Welthungerhilfe.
