Kirk Scruggs

Kirk Scruggs has extensive experience in the legal technology sector, currently serving as a volunteer with the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) since 2008. In addition, Kirk has held the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Bracewell LLP since May 1992, contributing to the firm's technology strategies. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1986. Educational background also includes attendance at Santa Fe High School.
